I. General Information, Position and Role of the Law Club (LC).

1. General information

LC is the voluntary organization for the persons who take interest in legal research and have enthusiastic spirit of protecting law and conducting legal dissemination.

The Club runs periodically basing on voluntariness, equality among the members and in compliance with its Regulation on organization and activities as well as the laws of Vietnam. The Club is under the local party executive and the administration concurrently under the direction, examination of legal judiciary office.

2. Position and role of the LC.

LC is a effecient model for legal dissemination and diffusion, it is suitable for various subjects and the place for the participants to reciprocate, learn and exchange necessary legal knowledge. It creates chance for the members to submit and propose to the competent authorities with matters related to the legislation, legal dissemination, diffusion and enforcement.

The Club helps its members and local people enhance their legal knowledge, then form their belief and legal awareness and voluntary observation.

The Club promotes the positive participation of genders and branches in legal dissemination, diffusion and enforcement, then make the contribution to the wholesome life.

Through the Club's activities, the judiciary office will conclude insight lessons for its legal dissemination and diffusion.

II. Subject of the legal dissemination and training in the LC .

§ Membership

Members of the LC are individuals who were and are conducting activities in social unions, social-political organizations or are State cadres and public servants, workers, armed forces, Ho Chi Minh youth union and people who are in need of studying law and have enthusiastic spirit of participating into legal dissemination and diffusion..

Members are the beneficiaries of LC's activities and also the positive members who conduct the legal dissemination and diffusion with the obtained knowledge from the LC to their family and local. They are majority and important part of the Club.

III. Activities of the Club

Depending on the purpose, subject of the LC, its activities content should be suitable for its members as well as the economic, political and social features of the local. These activities are closely attached to the legal and political orientation of the local administration and judiciary office. The form of activities are diversified, various and attractive. The Club focuses on the following activities:

§ Holding talks, seminars, workshops on law related contents;

§ Organizing events on legal research, drawing the questions and answers, legal explanations;

§ Having topical activities, short plays with law related contents;

§ Providing information, material and legal update news suitable for the local features

§ Having show and performance (reciting poems, singing and dancing) in combination with the Club's activities.
